Anne has enjoyed a long career supporting professional services firms. She has worked with Chief Executives and Chairmen as an Executive Assistant and, in more recent times, she led the administration of the London offices of two of the World's largest executive search firms.
Chris has worked with and for many of the World’s most prominent companies. During an eighteen year career in Human Resources he held senior positions at Rolls-Royce, Nokia and Fisons Pharmaceuticals. Since moving into executive search in 1997 he has worked with clients in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector on their senior talent and succession needs. Most recently he was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles based in London. His placements include Chairmen, Board Directors, CEOs and Senior executives at major corporations, emerging companies and academic institutions. His projects have taken him around the World to include significant periods spent living and working in Europe, North America and Asia.
During his career Chris has developed a strong interest in talent development and management and this has led directly to his decision to create a business which addresses the full spectrum of clients’ talent needs - The Succession Planning Company. He is based in the UK.
Angela is an experienced executive coach with a proven track record of coaching, psychometric profiling and team development at senior levels in blue-chip, SME and third-sector organizations. She has experience of working in sectors including pharmaceuticals, engineering and manufacturing/supply chain. She has provided executive coaching to senior leaders based in the UK and Europe.
Angela has extensive learning and development experience gained through a number of increasingly senior HR roles in Rolls-Royce PLC, Fisons Pharmaceuticals, Astra AB, and was Director of Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness at AstraZeneca PLC before she became a full-time coach. She has led teams based across the globe and is particularly appreciated for her collaborative and engaging style of leadership.
Angela holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring at Level 7 from the Institute of Leadership and Management and has recently completed a 2 year training in Transactional Analysis in Leadership and Coaching. She also holds a degree in Psychology and other qualifications in leadership, HR, training and counselling. Angela is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
Simon North is an expert in managing the world of work. He is one of the UK’s leading experts on careers and is steeped in HR. Ever since he started his career, he has been curious about people, in their development and in how to create positive working environments.
Simon’s career has included leadership roles such as International HR Director, Managing Director, Chair and Non-Executive Director. Simon’s strong corporate background includes working with Rolls-Royce, PwC, KPMG, IBM and Shell International. He is an HR professional by qualification however his career has also included marketing, sales and operations; which gives him real experience across a wide range of sectors and business functions.
Simon has also worked in recruitment and in interim management. He knows how the recruitment industry works from the inside and about the intricacies in the employer-employee dynamic. He has founded two businesses and is an experienced coach, mentor, business and career adviser.
Catherine brings over 15 years of experience in international executive search. During her career she has worked with some of the World’s best known companies and placed leaders in critical functions such as General Management, R&D, Finance, Sales & Marketing and HR as well as Directors for the Board. Although her work has been broadly based, she has a particular knowledge of the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.
Catherine has held senior consultant roles at A.T. Kearney and at Heidrick & Struggles as well as at boutique executive search firms. All of her work has been international in scope and her education in modern languages has been an advantage in seeking to establish relationships with customers and candidates around the World.
